To get to Street View for the step you want, tap the photo.
If a preview is available for a step, a photo shows. On your Android phone or tablet, to view detailed directions, pull up the bottom window. Preview directions in Street View Important: To get directions in Street View, enter a destination and tap Directions. If you tap any blue line on the smaller map, the map re-centers immediately. If you select any named point of interest on the smaller map, the map re-centers immediately and new imagery loads for the best view of that place. To zoom in a map, pinch open on the screen. The split-screen view displays a small map at the bottom of the screen 
On the Street View image, at the bottom right, tap the Split-screen arrows.
Switch from a full-screen Street View image, to a split-screen view that also displays a small map.
