This worked fine for years until last week. I have just been quitting it when it popped up and word/excel continued working fine minus annoyingly popping up this window frequently. Reactivating yet again through 365 changed nothing about this. I am open to about ANY solutions/suggestions with the following exceptions I was told even if I could be 100% I had the original key it still might not work.
